This blog is deticated to my dear country, Peru. The best country on the earth with the most diverse food, culture and music the world has ever known. Everyone who tries Peruvian food knows it is the best on the earth. Peruvian food and culture will conquer the world very soon. It will be like a new revival of the glorious Inca Empire.
I will be presenting some of the many treasures of Peruvian food, culture and music. It would take an extremely large encyclopedia of 250 volumes in folio to even describe a tenth of Peruvian culture so please remember this is a sample. You will have to visit Peru in order to live the Peruvian dream for yourself.
